After subscribing, you'll be automatically redirected to the RadioClarity catalogue. Your access is tied to your Auth0 account, so you can log in securely on any device.
Can I use RadioClarity on multiple devices?
Yes. Sign in to your Auth0 account from each device you use during consultations.
How does the free trial work?
Your free trial lasts 30 days. A card is required upfront, but you can cancel anytime before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your subscription page. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Why are some 3D models slow to load?
Our 3D anatomical models are highly detailed to ensure clinical accuracy. Some procedure visualisations involve complex anatomical structures with many individual assets — meshes, textures, materials — that all need to load before the model is ready to interact with. Depending on your internet connection, this can take a few seconds. For the best experience, we recommend using RadioClarity on a stable Wi-Fi connection. Models are cached after the first load, so subsequent visits are significantly faster.
Are the 3D models made by AI?
No. Every 3D visualisation on RadioClarity is the result of a close collaboration between a professional medical 3D illustrator and a practising interventional radiologist. The illustrator handles anatomy, geometry, and rendering; the radiologist reviews each model for clinical accuracy, procedural correctness, and patient-communication suitability. AI tools play no role in the creation of our models — we believe that medical illustrations used in patient consultations must meet the highest standard of human expertise and clinical rigour.
Which devices and browsers are supported?
RadioClarity works on any modern browser — Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge. It's optimised for tablets (iPad, 1024×768 landscape) and also works on laptops and mobile phones. For 3D model viewing, we recommend Chrome or Safari for best performance.
What happens to my access if I cancel?
Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. After that, gated content (procedure walkthroughs and consent forms) will no longer be accessible. The public catalogue and demo remain available to everyone.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. RadioClarity never stores your card details.
